Best Way to Reach Jordanelle Aqua Park
The fastest path depends on what you need. For same-day questions — weather, check-in delays, lost-and-found, or last-minute changes — call (435) 615-7397 during operating hours; the marina staff can usually answer in under a minute. For group bookings, birthday parties, corporate outings, or invoicing questions, email info@jordanelleaquapark.com with your date, headcount, and rough age range — we typically respond within one business day in season. For standard public bookings, the fastest path is to skip us entirely and reserve directly through the Aqua Park Sessions page — instant confirmation, no waiting.
Getting Here
Jordanelle Aqua Park sits inside the Hailstone Recreation Area at Jordanelle State Park, at 515 UT-319, Heber City, UT 84032. We're roughly 20 minutes from Park City, 25 minutes from Deer Valley, 35 minutes from Provo, and 45 minutes from downtown Salt Lake City. From US-40, take the Hailstone / UT-319 exit and follow signs to the marina. Parking is at the state park lot adjacent to the marina; a per-vehicle Jordanelle State Park entry fee applies at the gate and is collected separately by Utah State Parks — bring a card or cash. Once you've parked, walk down to the Jordanelle Rentals & Marina dock and check in for your session.
What to Send in an Email for the Fastest Quote
When emailing about a group booking or party, including these details up front saves a round trip and gets you a quote faster:
- Date (and a backup date if your group is flexible)
- Total headcount — separate the kids going on the water from adults / spectators
- Age range of guests going on the water (minimum age is 6 and all guests must be able to swim)
- Session length you have in mind — 1, 2, or 6-hour come-and-go
- Type of event — corporate, youth group, birthday, reunion, etc.
Weather, Closures, and Refunds
We operate rain or shine, but we close the park when high wind, lightning, or other severe weather makes the lake unsafe. If we have to close your session, our 24-hour refund policy applies: you can reschedule for another day or request a full refund. If conditions look uncertain on the day of your visit, call ahead before driving up — the lake can change in an hour and the marina staff has the most current read on whether sessions are running.
Operating Season and Hours
The park runs June through September, daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with hourly session start times throughout the day. Last entry is 6:00 PM. Off-season (October through May), the park is closed and the inflatables are stored — email is the best way to reach us in the off-season and responses may take a bit longer than during the summer.
