What a Birthday at the Aqua Park Looks Like
Pick a session length, reserve a block of passes for the birthday kid and their guests, and you have an entire floating water park to play on. Each guest gets a life jacket, full access to all 23 obstacles, and on-water supervision from trained staff. After (or before) the session, parties can use the beach at Hailstone Recreation Area to set up cake, snacks, and gifts — bring a cooler, blankets, and folding chairs and you have a complete party setup at no extra rental cost.
Who It's For
Birthday packages are built for kids age 6 and older who can swim, plus their parents, siblings, and friends. We host kid birthdays, teen birthdays, and adult milestone birthdays — the obstacle course is genuinely challenging for adults, so this isn't just a kids' venue. Children under 10 ride the inflatables with a supervising adult on the course. Spectators (grandparents, younger siblings, parents who don't want to swim) are welcome on the beach at no charge.
How to Book a Birthday Party
For parties of 10 or more guests, email info@jordanelleaquapark.com or call (435) 615-7397 with the date you want, headcount, and ages — we'll quote a group rate and reserve a specific time block on the water. For smaller parties, the fastest option is to book individual passes through our standard session page and pick a shared start time. We recommend reserving 2–3 weeks in advance for summer weekend parties.
Pricing & What's Included
- 1 Hour Pass — $25/person. Works for short parties with a tight schedule.
- 2 Hour Pass — $35/person. The sweet spot for most birthdays — kids actually get tired before the time runs out.
- 6 Hour Come-and-Go Pass — $65/person. Best for full-day celebrations with cake, lunch, swimming, and more time on the course.
- Group discounts available for parties of 10 or more.
- Every guest gets a life jacket and full park access; spectators on the beach are free.
We don't currently rent pavilions or provide food — bring your own cake, snacks, and decorations. Jordanelle State Park charges a separate per-vehicle gate fee at the entrance.
Why It Beats the Average Birthday Venue
Most kids' birthday venues are indoor, loud, and forgettable a week later. This is a real floating water park on a mountain reservoir — the kind of experience that ends up in the year-end family photo album. With 23 separate obstacles, kids who get bored fast won't get bored. Our footprint is large enough that a 15–20 kid party can spread out without crowding the rest of the park. Weather risk is covered by our 24-hour refund policy: if the lake is unsafe, you reschedule or get a full refund.
